Professor Janet Dolgin will speak at the 10th annual meeting of the American Society of Bioethics and Humanities October 23 in a session entitled "Cutting to the Core: A Parental Dispute Over Circumcision of a 12-Year Old Boy." The session focuses on Boldt v. Boldt, a custody dispute entertained by the Supreme Court of Oregon January 2008.
