"New York needs 21st century voting" talks about New York's election laws and how they are among the most restrictive in the nation. “Same-day registration has been in use in some states for more than 20 years and is a proven way to increase turnout." Wice also discusses early voting and no-fault absentee voting. Wice says, “Early voting helps people fit voting into their schedules.”
