Professor of Legal Writing Barbara S. Barron is the Program Director for a trial advocacy training program that she created for the Monroe County Public Defenders Office. She selected the simulation, designed the program and even developed teacher training sessions (for the office’s supervisors who will help her teach the course). She will supervise the instruction by those she has trained. To that end, Professor Barron will be in Rochester, New York November 22 - 24 for her presentation on "Witness Control in Direct Examination.
