Professor Holning Lau will be presenting his paper “Tailoring Equal Protection to Address Today’s Democratic Deficit” at two scholarly forums in February. On February 11, Professor Lau will give his presentation as part of Cardozo Law School’s Baum Lecture Series. On February 18, Professor Law will present his paper at UCLA School of Law’s Critical Race Studies Colloquium.
