Professor Rose Cuison Villazor presented her paper, “Sanctuary Policies & Immigration Federalism: A Dialectic Analysis,” at the Wayne State Law School’s symposium on comprehensive immigration reform. The paper, which Professor Villazor co-wrote with Professor Pratheepan Gulasekaram of Santa Clara Law School, built on arguments that they presented in a New York Times blog regarding San Francisco’s sanctuary ordinance.
