Professor Ronald J. Colombo on "Securities Law: Primary Liability for Secondary Actors" Panel
On Wednesday, April 7, 2010, from 5:45–7:45 p.m., The Federal Bar Council is hosting, Securities Law: Primary Liability for Secondary Actors. The event will take place at Daniel Patrick Moynihan U.S. Courthouse, 500 Pearl Street, New York, NY, Ceremonial Courtroom. The program will be moderated by the Honorable Richard J.
