Professor Miriam Albert Presents at Conference on Transactional Education
Professor Miriam Albert was a presenter at Emory University School of Law’s Center for Transactional Law and Practice’s biannual conference “Transactional Education: What’s Next” on June 5. Professor Albert was featured in an “Exercise Showcase” where she demonstrated how to include a significant skills component in a traditional doctrinal case analysis, even in a large classroom setting; she offered a new way to think about both teaching doctrinal transactional law, and teaching transactional skills law- highlighting the overlaps and synergies, to help erode the divide between these two conceptually-linked areas of teaching.
