Three Professors Sign Petition in Support of Proposition 19
Professors J. Herbie DiFonzo, Eric M. Freedman and Barbara Stark have signed a law professors’ petition in support of the Tax and Control Cannabis 2010 initiative — otherwise known as Proposition 19 — that will be voted on in November in California.
