Professor Andrew Schepard Participates in the Annual Meeting of the ABA's Commission on Youth at Risk
On Thursday, November 11th and Friday, November 12th Professor Andrew Schepard participated in the annual meeting of the American Bar Association's Commission on Youth at Risk. Professor Schepard serves as Chair of the Policy Committee and Chair of the Advisory Committee. At this meeting, the Commission on Youth at Risk agreed to sponsor two major policy resolutions at the ABA House of Delegates. The first is on bullying and the second is on youth courts. Hofstra Law students drafted the reports in support of both resolutions.
