On Friday, January 21, 2011, Professor Andrew Schepard spoke at the 2011 Gilvary Symposium on Law, Religion and Social Justice at the University of Dayton Law School.  The subject of his talk was on the obligations of attorneys representing parents in a divorce case to discuss alternative dispute resolution methods with their clients in the best interests of their children.  The talk was entitled: Kramer v. Kramer Revised:  Why Divorce Lawyers for Parents Should be Required to Discuss ADR with Their Clients.
