Professor Ron Colombo to Participate in the Federal Bar Council's Upcoming Panel Discussion
Professor Ron Colombo will be participating in the Federal Bar Council's upcoming panel discussion entitled "Insider Trading" on Thursday, February 10, 2011, 5:45 to 7:45 p.m. The panel discussion will include a broad overview of the current law of insider trading as well as the practical aspects of investigating, prosecuting and defending insider trading cases. The Honorable Gerard E. Lynch, U.S. Circuit Judge for the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, will moderate this program, which will take place at the Daniel Patrick Moynihan U.S. Courthouse, Ceremonial Courtroom, 9th Floor, 500 Pearl Street, New York, NY.
