On March 21st, Professor Julian Ku, who is currently a visiting professor at East China University of Political Science and Law for the Spring 2011 semester, presented a lecture at Fudan University School of Law in Shanghai, China. The topic of his lecture was "The U.S. Constitution and International: Lybia as a Case Study."
