Professor Linda Galler’s book, Regulation of Federal Tax Practice, co-authored with Professor Michael Lang of Chapman University School of Law, was reviewed in the July 4, 2011 edition of Tax Notes.  The author of the review, Professor Michael Hatfield of Texas Tech University Law School, concludes that Regulation of Tax Practice is a “valuable addition to the body of work on tax lawyer ethics” and commends the book to professors and practitioners, suggesting that “practicing tax lawyers may find it a handy addition to the firm’s bookshelves.”
