Susan Saab Fortney, Howard Lichtenstein Distinguished Professor of Legal Ethics, conducted a workshop at the Australia National University (ANU). Attending the session were law professors and lecturers from the law school and the ANU Legal Workshop, a program that offers the Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice.   Professor Fortney’s remarks focused on the differences between the U.S. and Australian approaches to regulation of limited liability law firms  She also discussed her current empirical study on incorporated law firms in Australia and future projects and collaborations related to the ethics, structure, and management of law firms.
