Gregory Shill's article, "Ending Judgment Arbitrage: Jurisdictional Competition and the Enforcement of Foreign Money Judgments in the United States," has been selected through a blind, peer reviewed process for presentation at the Biennial Conference of the International Economic Law Group of the American Society of International Law. The conference, titled "Re-Conceptualizing International Economic Law: Bridging the Public/Private Divide," will be held in Washington, DC November 29-December 1, 2012 and is co-sponsored by GW Law School.
